Yes, for gear meant for customer setup — speakers for a smaller room, a projector, a screen. For line arrays, stage rigging, pyro and larger lighting we always deliver with a technician, both for safe hanging and to protect the equipment.

Call us immediately — we staff an evening duty phone for this. We try to fix it over the phone first, and can swap from the main warehouse if needed. Say something while the event is still running: if we never get the chance to fix it, we cannot help afterwards either.

Most of it, but not all. We own the core fleet for sound, lighting, stage and LED, and source specialist gear or extra volume through partners when a job needs it. Equipment pages mark what sits in our warehouse and what we source — so you know what you get.
