What is a tech rider?
The rider is the artist’s list of what they need for sound, lighting and stage. If you have booked an artist, they almost always have one. Send it as early as possible — it decides both what must be rigged and how long it takes. Missing a rider? We propose a setup from the music style and expected audience.
What if the weather turns bad outdoors?
Stages have wind limits, and in strong wind or gusts the roof may need to be lowered or skins removed for safety. That call is made by our stage master during the event. Whether to postpone or cancel sits with the organiser — decide who decides, and when, before a gale hits.
When should we book for a summer festival?
As early as possible, and at the latest when artists are confirmed. Summer is dense, and large stages and line arrays are often booked months ahead. Late bookings still find a solution, but options shrink.
